I reckon the negative titles of those topics provides good context to the discussion.

    Needle not moved here.

Just another tournament won by an extremely gifted golfer wearing a red shirt.

I've seen it over a dozen times before.

Give us an update in the Jordan Spieth thread then. That should be exciting.

I went to read the WDYSTM thread and fell asleep reading mrbluu’s novel on his latest round.

Not sure why u are there, thought the updates in Speith thread would be more than enough for you, if not start a JT thread.

I thought we may have had more to say about Tiger since April.

A few interesting things have happened since then, but mainly, he has only played a few times, and keeps saying he needs more rest.

Is he putting the cue in the rack? Has he won his major, proved to everyone, including himself, that he could do it, and now can't be bothered grinding through the mini-slumps any longer?

He apparently doesn't intend to play again until The Open. For me, this is a worrying sign that he might be losing interest.

You could just be reading too much into that.
His body was badly beat up for a long time. Maybe hes just taking a conservative approach to managing that now?

He dusted 25yo Jordan Spieth by 8. He's doing fine.

He won't be moving any needles on our TV's today.

The round has been postponed due to heavy rain.
