mate, be like the dogs, internal crap will tear you apart.

Now, if Georgey happened to take a long long overseas trip (or something), the Bunnies may actually move forward !!!

I watched the game at a dinner in the company of someone from the NRL, who's also a massive St George fan - so you can imagine how anti-Souths he was.

By the end of the game he was muttering comments like "Yeah, good on ya, get excited about a practice match...."

It was great to see him squirm.

Yeah never hear from Piggins again, It is not common knowledge but he is the president of the leagues club that is in liquidation. He wants them back at Redfern to try and get out of that. Also the football club is in the process of moving it's offices out of the leagues club as they are having to pay high rent due to the fact the leagues club is in so much debt it cant offer free office space.

Dan, I've been following league since you were in nappies and I've yet to see a pre season game give any indication of what may lay ahead in the season .

Other than a good run and (in this case) being for a worthy cause, they're a waste of time.

BTW I'm a Dragons fan and I'm absolutely filthy they lost.

Mike - i understand you're hurting, but there was a piece of silverware available for the Leagues club. So you've missed out on that..... and lost to Souths

I fully understand about pre-season competition however... i'm a Carlton fan. Pre-season comp winners and league Wooden Spooners in the same year!

The Dragons have a habbit of playing poorly in pre season games, they also have been slow starters the last few years in the first 5-6 rounds of the main season. I think you will see the real Dragons step up when things get serious

Well I watched the game. Cut the bunnies to pieces in the first half. Second half there seemed to be alot of new faces and regular faces in different positions. We lost last year and finished equal 1st on the points table. Preseason counts for nothing as far as I'm concerned but it's good to be seeing the footy again.

    Broncos V Dragons - Round 15, 16-18 June.
I'm going ot be there to see the Broncos get smashed!

It's usually played Sunday arvo and I would see no reason why it would be any different this year.

BTW can this be moved to the Sports Bar please.....
