I have 10.5* head, and a number of TM adapter shafts, but I have never been able to hit it even remotely with any confidence. I hadn't used it in ages, so took it out yesterday for some practice holes and it felt horrible. Shaft was an MFTM Oban Kiyoshi TP that was OE in an R1 by the graphics, playing at 45" and D3 from memory. I had no idea where the head/face was (has been my previous experience also). I think the face angle freaks me out! and I am not swing well with it.

I didn't have these issues with the AeroBurner last week, though it is definitely a similar sort of head, and can even handle the Superfast 2.0 without great difficulty (though they are definitely fade monsters). I have some spare TM tips, so have shafted up a Prolaunch Red, and a Blue, and setting them up at close at factory specs as I can get i.e. 46" and D5/6 SW. Hoping this will give me some feel!!, but I ain't a fan of long shafted drivers I have to say. I can make most drivers work, but TMs have mostly been toughies for me. The Jetty seems to be one of the worst! The RBZ will probably get a run soon, I suspect the same issues will apply!

Is it just me, or are these things finicky to get right?
    It's just you!!!

    Maybe it's just you.
I've used mine with ADDI 6s @ 45", ADDI 7s @ 44 1/4", UST Axivcore Tour Black 79s @ 45" and currently Aldila RIP Red Eyes Alpha 70R @ 45". Can't remember swing weight for any of them thou.
All bolt in and Kaboom. Easy to belt off the deck with all shafts mentioned too.
Haven't tried it with the stocky thou.

I've been using a different driver after every 2-3 games since mid November last year but JetSpeed has been used the most of all 4 used. Each swap I go back to the JetSpeed with a shaft change.

I am with you Dave, I tried a tonne of shafts, settings, aftermarket weights etc. Couldn't get it to work for me either.

There are plenty better out there, get on them.

Weird, JS is my back up. Its low spin and very forgiving. Reason i dont play it more is mine doesnt have a black face. When I miss hit one, I like to see exactly where it came off the face. The driver I couldnt get to work is the G30.... its supposed to be super easy too.

I sold my JetSpeed a while ago, but I must say it's one of the better drivers I've used in a while, particularly for the price I paid ($200, brand new).

Very, very finicky but well worth the effort once you get it right. If you don't get it right the head gives a very poor feel, you'll know when you're on a winner instantly. All of a sudden it feels alive and balls scorch off the face. Don't go 46. I'll PM some idea's later.

Don't get me wrong, oodles have no trouble, the majority even. Those that do seem to have to fk around lots lol

For some it's simply too much driver, lower spin than they can handle and realise.

Thanks J, would be appreciated. I have built the shafts at 46" on the basis that I can grip down to play around with the "feel"

I have plenty of low spin drivers in the collection that I can manage to use without drama. I have rotated 45 different Driver combos through my bag in the last 6 months, and none have beaten me till now.

Wasn't thinking you, just generally and in particular those that need spin.
