I took my Jetspeed 10.5 out today in my lunch break and hit a few balls.

I hit a few and found at 10.5* they went pretty high so I lowered it down to the "Lower" notch which i assume is 9* (3 notches down) and hit the ball about the same height. I did hit a few a bit high on the face but they seemed to go a bit further than my usual 9.5* driver. Playing with very bad range balls was a bit of a let down.

The ball flies hard from the face (no homo) and the feel is nice when u connect one out of the centre.

Cant wait to try it out with some V1's to test it out properly. The sound is a bit different as I am used to the tinny "ping" noise my current driver makes.

Took the Jetspeed out for its first run today. Used the following shafts:
    VTS silver 5s. 44.75, D2. 10.5deg
    Oban Devotion 65 04. 44.75, D3.11.5deg
    Harrison Eclipse 60s. 44.75, D3. 10.5deg

Initial impressions of the head is the graphics are non intrusive, and it has a good shape. Like all TM heads I have hit, I find it to have a harsh feel, but the sound is better than the other TM drivers. I did hit a few knuckle balls with the devotion so it seemed the head is lowish spin, though have no numbers to back this up.

Started out with the Harrison (out of the retired 9064ls). Flight was normal for me (lowish), but dispersion was good, with a weak cut being the bad shot. Feel of the shaft was awesome, as usual.

Moved onto the devotion, which felt surprisingly good. Distance was up a little, but dispersion was all over the place.

Final contestant was the VTS. Haven't owned a 50g shaft before, but was fit into one at PPGL. Managed to pipe 10 in a row straight down the middle. This is the winner, feel was amazing, which was expected as I have used a few varieties of VTS silver before.

Was hitting a little further than the 9064ls, and in the ball park of the Nike/Kiyoshi and Bio Cell/Ad-bb combos.

All in all a good addition to the stable, and easily the best TM driver I have owned/used.

I have the Silver 5 stiff.

I have also used the Silver 6 stiff with great results, and the Silver 7 stiff in a 3Wood with also great results.

    A very solid shaft line.

Tour SPX are the same shaft - they just pick the ones with tighter specs and paint them black and grey.

Used my 10.5 stiff JS today in comp.

Had it set to 9* got a mid size grip with 2 wraps put on it.

Sliced the cr@p out of it most of the day. They are so light compared to my last driver.

Hit a couple of half decent drives towards to end but all went right.

I found unless I aimed right for a draw and tried to draw it I would slice the guts out of it. Feels a bit light for me at the moment.

Might try a different shaft or add some weights maybe? Or its just going to take a bit of time to get used to.

My hcap is 8 and the only thing stopping me being lower is my driving consistency.

Set to 12.0. Sliced the cr@p out of it again. Swinging inside out too much at times today but even when I swing ok I'm still slicing. I can't seem to get used to how light it is. Swinging slower I can't do as I have always gone pretty hard at it.

Might be up for sale/swap very soon. Might try an x2 hot as I've hit a 10.5 dialed to 9 and hit it well.

Has anyone tried a Diamana S+ 62x5ct stiff in the jetspeed? I have a shaft here and toying with the idea of getting a jetspeed 9.5* head to try.

Alternatively, does anyone have a 9.5* head with adapter to sell??

Think the Jetspeed only seems to work when you've got a shaft that suits you.....

I've tried mine with 4 different shafts, 2 were horrible in it, bordering on disgraceful.
and the other 2 flash the guts out of it......
