Not ozgolfers but I think this is worth a mention.

Playing the 4th round of club champs my 3 playing partners were all about 120m from the green for their 3rd shots into a par 5. 2 of them knocked it on but to the front of the green at the bottom of a massive swale and the 3rd hit it pin high and the fringe but shirt sided himself.

The guy who hit it pin high, scilled a chip over the back and then putted it down next to the other two guys and still didn't lose his turn. 2 more putts from the bottom tier he resorted to a llob wedge that he flubbed. Back with the putter for 3 more putts. After watching this the other 2 guys had a 4 putt and a 5 putt.

My 1 putt bogey won the hole.

The count does not reset, but the putt from off the green does not count in the total.
