After the dramas of having some numpty moving my NTP for 2 on 8/17 2 weeks ago that was 3 foot short dead in front than coming around the second time to find it with someone else's name 10 foot away (we moved it back as the hole and scratch mark was clearly visible where I it was still supposed to be) it held up for the rest of the day.

The NTP for 2 was on 2/11 today into the breeze. As number 11 it was playing around 40m longer than 2 and with an extra 15m with the pin in the back RHS of the green. It was a monster that a majority of the field would not be able to reach for 2 the second time round.
Hit a cracker drive just right of splitting the middle leaving 176m to the back pin (normally I get inside 150m left to go). Took one extra with a 4 iron and flushed it pure with a little draw plugging 8 foot away. Had to measure for NTP and pipped the previous by an inch 😀 (was sweeter when it was d!ck that had his name on the NTP 2 weeks ago).

2x $15 vouchers for one of the local pubs. Need to do a run into town next game an cash in those two and the other 2x $15 I have from late last year from another pub.

Claimed the NTP on the 6th on Saturday at a handy 42cm. Handily, it was the Birdie hole also. Unhandily, 3 other Bastards birdied it also. So I'll get $16.50.

    No good mate.

Shot -1 in the morning to be 1 down, then was +3 in the arvo through 15 holes to go down 4/3. Can't complain about how I hit it as you're always gonna have a couple of bad ones over 33 holes, but 3 particular shots will just haunt me in my dreams for a long time to come!

Should have been holes I won, instead I lost them, and that was the difference.

Technically I shouldn't be posting here, as I didn't win NTP, but I did win the Propin, which is worth boasting about.

How? My 9 iron to 131cm was best at the time and it was the propin hole. But the final result shows a player later in the field hit one to 54cm, but I can only assume he didn't stump up his $1 for the Propin. More fool him, and $105 for me.

A surprising amount went in, but the number of putts don't pay any cash, so that putting thing doesn't concern me
