Forgot to check in for last Saturday at Ardrossan Open.
NTP on 148m 6th. I never hit the par 3's on scrapes so this was a bonus to put one 8 foot away.
Fancy stubbie holder that looks like a keg and a Callaway Diablo ball. Made me laugh as I used 3 Diablo's (1 for each nine) to get rid of them and score another one.

2 very easy birdies on 1. 2m of driving it 1st time around and put it on for the afternoon 9.
4 over for the day with 2 triples and a double plus a couple short in the heart and 5 lipouts, with one of them the weirdest I have ever seen. Had my chances to be in the hunt but just couldn't make them count. I think the winner was 7 or 8 under for the 27 and it wasn't a Wheeler.

NTP for me today on the 15th at Richmond.

Lasered 152m and hit a 7 iron pin high to 1.2m. Read too much break into it and missed the birdie putt right...

Turns out my round wasn't all bad yesterday.

Was first group out but my NTP on the 7th at Secret Harbour held up. Measured 155m. Hit a 7 iron that pulled up about 3 metres below the hole. Didn't make the birdie putt.

NTP for me yesterday on our 16th.
5 iron 175 metres to 2.2m and got the putt for the bird.
Followed it up with 8 iron to 3m on the next and another bird but no NTP!

Almost ntp yesterday on 17. I hit it to 15cm on the fly coming to rest at 12cm then my mate in the same group lipped out for an ace and finished at 7cm. Our other group that called us up were in fits... So close.

If drive and pitch counts then I've won back to back NTP on the 17th at Cumberland. First week I played it I knocked it on and knocked the putt to about 90cm. The second time I hit the drive just short of the green and pitched it to about 2.5m.

Managed my first a Pacific with the approach to 2 on Friday. The guy that had 125cm may have been a tad pissed at my 124cm.

6i into the 150m par 3 12th on Sat.. it sat down and came back about a foot to 2 ft from the pin, made the putt for my only bird of the day. The only solid iron shot I hit all day apart from wedges.

From Bonville on Friday, I think rqrox said he'd got himself on a NTP. Not sure if he checked whether it held up or not.

My Sat Champs OZgolf NTP was a 9 iron on the 26th to about 80cm (15cm short of the pro pin NTP, unfortunately, so not really a legit NTP). Looked very, very good from the tee though.

RQ made enquiries on Sunday and found out he was the man. He didn't want the massive prize of two golf balls and negotiated a settlement of some bottles of water. He was complaining at the end that he could have swapped the prize for a Bonville ball marker.

I was probably inside the NTP measure of 183cm on the last par 3 at Coffs (6th?), but as I knew I wasn't coming back to claim the prize, I didn't bother measuring it. I missed the putt anyway.

NTP on 4th at Crystal Brook.

Approx 146m. Elevated tee with River Red guarding RHS about 30m short of scrape. Wind blowing hard left to right. Hit knock down 5iron that started LHS of scrape and splashed onto scrape holding on the RHS 15 foot away.
Playing partners both hit very good looking shots that came up short so I took one extra. Given the conditions very few would have hit this one. No one hit the 180m 10th.

Nice to check in here for a change ...18th at Belconnen, only 134m but up a steep hill to a plateau green so the hole plays longer. Hit a smooth 5i that hit the top of the bank perfectly and popped up onto the green. Only 324cm so not real close but the pin was cut so far forward my shot won the day

It's been a long time between drinks, but I can finally check in here with a confirmed NTP win from the weekend. The 11th at Cairns GC often regarded as the signature hole. It's 151m on the card, of which approx. 135-140 is water carry depending on the pin location. On Saturday the flag lasered at 146m, so I hit a nice high 7 iron to dead on pin high and just inside 2m to the right. Made the putt, too.
