123cm on the 4th at Reddie Bay. Burnt the hole on the way past. Made the putt coming back.

    Well done, M3J.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

    Thanks all

First one. Wasn't sure if it went in or not. But landed about 6ft in front of hole and straight in.

And it was flushed too so that made it feel even better

I assume that a Hole in one for NTP purposes is 0cm. So who wins NTP in this scenario?

Player A: edge of ball is on edge of hole (unlucky)
Player B: edge of ball is hanging over the hole (very unlucky)

You measure from the middle of the hole not the edge, so B wins.

Regardless on whether it is from the centre or the edge, the one over the edge would win, because it would have a negative value if measured from the edge of the cup, on the axis that the distance is being measured on, which is lower than 0cm.

If a ball’s hanging over the edge, losing an NTP is the least of the things that’s cause heartache.

Comparable to the heartache of getting 47 points but losing on count back?

I reckon he was talking about you wiping the last from the middle of the fairway.
