    Default mrbluu's hack fest

I going to use this thread to keep a track of my progress of my swing. This video was taken at sharkies driving range a few nights ago and I'm happy with it compare what I was about a year ago (I will post that video too if I can find it).

I've been working Virge on few things and he has already give me tips to fix some issues I have with hit the ball high and right.

Feel free to snigger or sledge.

no drams, also a very fast swing, ever tried slowing your back swing? one thing i used to do aswell was fast up fast down, ive gone from that to almost slow as anything up and coming through the ball. everyones different remember.

I would like my swing to be a little slower but that is not my natural tempo. Every time I try swing it slower I get out of sync and look like I'm trying to take the cover off the ball.

Your tempo looks fine to me and the slight pause in the transition is perfect. That will make sure you don't get ahead of yourself coming down.

Looks very good. I reckon any changes you make are going to be undetectable to the naked eye anyway.

Just maybe next time tuck your shirt in

I wasnt suggesting you eat way too many pork rolls it just helps to see how the body moves. Perhaps a leotard set next time.

I'd like to see you wearing the get up in your avatar to gauge exactly what the body is doing.
The other bloke didn't look camera shy. Just looked like he was a huge fan who had to take a step back and appreciate a player in motion.

I think my sound card may be broken.

I can hear the club strike the ball, but not Binh's commentary that usually accompanies every shot..

At least you had golf footwear on. I was rebuked for wearing cross trainers in my first swing video.

One thing I noticed though was that little swaying motion before you begin your backswing...never noticed it when I'd seen it live and side on. Not that I know if that's significant in any way.

So it's been a couple of weeks since I've been back to the range. I've been working on some things during my rounds and had time for a couple of practice sessions. Also sent the video's to Virge who offered some critique and pointers and here is the rests. I think I'm heading in the right direction.
