    77.3kg this morning. I don't know if keeping under 78kg is realistic, but if I see the scales over 78kg, I will be disappointed.

    127.9 - What do I win? Realistically I just don't want to go up from here.

    It probably wasn't a good idea to start my health kick so close to the champs. On the upside, I'm down from Sundays weigh in of 129.1

    I will check in the morning, but a step on the scales tonight indicates that under 78kg will be a close call.
