Australia Post, Sydney North oversize

Hi All,

I have a couple of things to send, one of them is 109cm long...is there an Australia Post store that is more likely to accept this for me somewhere in Sydney's North (Ryde to Virge's)?

I have found usually the smaller independent PO will take it ok. Doesn't help you with specifics but just sayin'

Have you tried the LPO in the Newsagency at West Killara, its off Lady Game Drive at the roundabout before Fiddens Wharf Road.

Mt Colah never seems to object to larger parcels.

In general, it really depends on the PO. Some will just send anything, others won't touch it with a 109cm poll....

if you don't mind driving a bit south, LPO North Strathfield near Concord Road accepting. sent afull set 2 weeks ago without problems.

I've sent irons in the past through the Australia post outlet in wheeler heights, it's not far from Cromer golf club

Good info here. Anyone know of somewhere in the eastern suburbs of Sydney? Need to post to a PO box and most couriers do not do that...
