I will admit to a large pizza and loads of beers last night, and weighing in pre-poo this morning.

After a Chinese feed with my folks and grandma, then a couple of snags at my brother's place, things are a bit skewed.

But the starting number for me is 116.

Will weigh myself properly in the morning (post poo/shower). Been hovering between 98 and 99 kgs for the last few weeks but who knows what effect last night's curry and beers will have had.

I've got 2 big boxes of optislim shakes here ready to go, my target weight is 82kgs. Don't care how long it takes. This time I've gotta keep it off.

102.4, a new personal best. Would like to get back to my footy playing weight (95kg).

Need to do some weights tho, I'm fat and skinny rolled into one at the moment.

I made a fairly unreliable pre-xmas feed weight of 105.2kg, which is very close to a 10 year PB. The holes in my belt tell a more reliable story than the scales, and the belt isn't telling me the same story.

However, for the purposes of internet record-keeping I'll set myself what should be an achievable target of one belt hole or under 100kg.
