Cold water. Not bad I prefer the chocolate strawberry and banana flavours. I do them for breakfast and in fill afternoon tea if hungry.

Cold water Jazz. I am having them for breakfast and lunch. It's my third time doing meal replacement diets, I've lost plenty of weight each time by being disciplined but have always slipped back into old habits eventually and put it back on again. They definitely work though.

    Yeah good work Courty.

I was a bit disappointed yesterday to find I was stuck on 101.1 and hadn't lost anything in 4 days. I had a slightly bad weekend foodwise but not terrible.

Anyway I'm a bit lighter this morning (or maybe it was the massive poo I did) so hopefully back on track this week.

Hopefully I can continue the good form for the rest of the week.

If chop chop says you can, you can. And if you don't you might get a hot blowtorch to your feet.

    I feel lighter already.

99.8kg this morning. I was concerned I would go backwards as I had a birthday dinner & a couple of other outings during the week. It's nice to confirm that you can live a little and still maintain/ drop weight.

80.5kg after two weeks isnt a great outcome but not unexpected given food intake and lack of exercise.....will have to work harder this week

Nice work Courty. I am 99.5 as of this morning (give or take - I have dial scales) so I'm going ok too.

Took today off and played golf, will do the same tomorrow, I figure golf + nothing but shakes and fruit/nuts til dinner is working ok. I think I only had 2 beers last week too.

    The missing 6kg is noticeable.

111.1 on my weigh in this morning. Still eating sensibly and finding different snack options that work. No strenuous exercise, but I'm planning to get the bike serviced in the next week or so and start doing some riding.

And MyFitnessPal is great for keeping check on my calorie intake. Anyone using it who has paid for Premium at all? Is it worth the investment?

What is premium meant to give you? It works fine as a calorie counter and weight tracker without it.

Manshake delivered some samples via contacting them through the website. Flavours [Banana and Vanilla] were meh but drinking them just felt too different to get used to - has anyone mixed them with milk? - The whole water thing is just too weird.

You get used to it - I wouldn't mix with milk since they're formulated to give you a certain number of calories etc and milk would throw that out of whack.

I find the chocolate optislim nice enough tasting, but the strawberry tasted artificial. I'm not having issues with it being a water mix though. Yesterday was the first time that I replaced two meals.

4.5kgs lost in January by limiting my alcohol intake and avoiding chocolate and takeaway (except for a solid 4 day blowout last weekend)

I may not live longer, but it sure feels like it.

Bring on the 5 day binge to bring it all undone next week.

4kg plus so far in January. I didnt weigh myself at the start of the month and was a week back into the new(old) regime before I did so I know I have dropped at least the 4.
I broke my beer free January early last night - with a 34C day and felt like 100% humidity I really felt like a nice IPA (or 4 as it turned out).

Using Lifesum to track calories and rough exercise helps.
    Cheers
    Craig

98.2kg this morning. That's about 7.5kg so far.

Really should be under 98kg but the family roast last night combined with a couple of beers and a couple of glasses of wine when I got home may have been a bit too many calories!

110.3 this morning...even though the weekend had next to no meaningful physical activity and I was at a BBQ on Sat night with steak, snags, some other processed meats and a smorgasbord of desserts.

I've got my week's lunches and fruit/nut snacks planned and in a cupboard at work, so looking forward to a productive week!
