Thanks!
Amazing effort Dazza
If it aint for sale the right price has just not been offered
People are losing weight during isolation? Amazing!
I've hit a record high. Go me!
Was waaay too heavy after working on an oil rig with unlimited cakes for 18months.
Finished up March last year, and wasted some great intentions, but still managed to drop 5kg in 2019.
Pulled my finger out this year, managed to drop 18kg since mid Jan to be 118kg now.
Been eating way better, and was smashing the pool pre-covid, now taking the mountain bike for 3-4 rides a week.
Really hoping gyms will open soon, as it's starting slow down a bit. Mainly as i dont want further food restrictions - as some one who doesn't drink, smoke, or do drugs, it's all I have!

Starting weight 155kg 15/12/19
Current weight 113.4kg 15/5/20
41.6kg goneeeeeee
Thats a sensational effort Dazza. Could not have been easy.
Man Shake diet.
In short-
10am Shake
Noon Snack
2pm Shake
4pm Snack
6pm Calorie controlled dinner.
No booze for 5 years.
No sugar, no shit, no takeaway.
I've tried every other program under the sun- Herbalife, Tony Ferguson, Optifast, Rapidloss, Jenny Craig, Lite N Easy ........ The list goes on.
But The Man Shake smokes them all.
I didn't like how the Man Shake made me feel, poopy-wise.
Inspired by Dazza I've decided to give the man shake a go as well. Been struggling with a couple of injuries most of the year and being a fat, unfit **** can't be helping with recovery or my health in general.
Haven't really set an end goal but hopefully i can knock off 30kg over 6-9months.
I've been on the man shakes for the last month or so. I am using it as a kickstarter to get into good habits, while I get regular exercise back into my life post-injury surgery. I've made some decent progress so far, so I'm onto my second batch (4 for the price of 3 box) now.
I was in the 97-98kg range, but now I'm under 92kg, and fitter as well, as the average resting heart rate has come down. Getting some control over the craft beer consumption has helped too.
