There are lots of variables that effect daily weight changes, but I have noticed a pattern that seems to be fairly consistent. The morning after a round of (walked) golf, I seem to be typically half a kilo lighter. This is despite drinking at least 2.5 litres during the round, and having a couple of Schooners after.
Did another re-weigh this morning to align my day to be Sundays and another .3kg off to be back at the weight I was before Hong Kong last week.
10/1 89.8
2/2 88.0kg

8 beers yesterday at golf and a friends house equals about an extra kg today. If I eat well today then tomorrow weigh in should be still good.
7.01.14 - 87.6kg
14.01.14 - 85.5kg
21.01.14 - 86.1kg
28.01.14 85.6kg
03.02.14 84.7kg
Had a chance to be much lower but smashed to many beers on Sunday, but still lost close to a kilo so got to be happy with that.

Guts - 61cm - a measure from one hipbone to the other, showing how much spare tyre I have. I suspect this is the most important measure of them all, so I hope this reduces over time
Chest - 113cm
Actual weight = roughly 106kg
Week 2 - Guts 60cm, Chest 110cm, Weight 105kg
Week 3 = Guts 59cm, Chest 108cm, Weight 104kg.
Week 4 = Guts 58cm, Chest 109cm, Weight 103kg.
Week 5 = Guts 59cm, Chest 112cm, Weight 103kg.
A bad result. I missed some exercise this week, but I didn't eat more than usual. Yet the measurements were definitely worse.
Oh well. Back on the bike this afternoon and probably tomorrow as well, so that may help.
