Mate you could drop a couple kilos just with a big leak and a decent dump in the morning..morning leaks are always your longest and it weighs more than you think, not that I've done it...just think, water weighs a bit!

First weigh in this morning. 102.2kg on the dial so that's a bit over 3kg gone in a week.

I wish it dropped off at the same rate, this wouldn't take so long! But the first week is usually the biggest.... Having said that I was pretty lazy last week since I wasn't at work, but I'm back this week so will be running around and on my feet a bit more.

First weigh-in for me too. 101.7kg, so a first up loss of 2.3kg for the week. I know that the losses plateau a bit to around 1kg per week, but my first up goal of sub-100kg for VIC Champs looks like it will be easily achieved.

    Ditto.

100.2kg this week, which is down 1.6kg.

Haven't done any exercise, but on track as first fortnight is to break the soft drink and bad takeaway choices routine.

I've gained at least a kilogram in the form of a plaster cast on my foot. There goes any plans to exercise.

No. I still won't be coming.
My name hasn't been down for the Vic champs, Courty. The AFL grand final was my recent big weekend away.

I've dropped 2.5 kgs since coming back to Melbourne on the 2nd. Wife & kids are still in Sydney for another 2 weeks so eating small meals hasn't been a problem, not drinking on the other hand has been a bit hard to stick too!

Are you doing 2 meals a day or just one? I'm doing two. I'm still drinking beer too but limited my intake a bit. Probably only had 3 or 4 last week. None so far this week.

Had a sneaky mid week weigh in this morning and found I've dropped another 1.1kg since Monday. Just needed reminding that being hungry (seemingly all the time) is worth it.

Everyday breakfast is ManShake. If I need something of an afternoon I do either another shake or bar.

I know I'm a bit late getting in on this, but have downloaded Myfitnesspal and been using it in conjunction with my Fitbit over the past week. No more exercise than my usually work (where I'm on my feet all day and have averaged 14-15K steps per day), and I've eaten pretty sensibly without cutting a heap of stuff out of my diet.

I plateaued around 116 around New Year...112.8 this morning when I jumped on the scales.

With a bit of discipline, getting back on the bike (and keeping to fruit/nuts whilst playing golf and avoiding the bacon and sausage/schnitty rolls at the turn), I think I can get under 100 eventually.

2kg down last week. Started back riding to work and doing beer free January to reduce the carb intake.
Plan is to get back to @ 110kg which is about right for me these days.
    Cheers

Down to 86.5 after a month of the ManShake diet. Going ok so far. This week will be the test.

Been thinking about doing this but don't even know anyone who's done meal replacements with shakes before. He do they work and what do they taste like? What do you mix the powder with? I'm assuming cold water.
