    Work/kid/Uni.
Wife works morning so it's daddy/daughter time, work 2-10pm, gym then some Uni work after that.
I've got a jetts around the corner which is probably one of the better equipped that I've seen.

fair enough , no time in just before work with the handing over of the kid? Generally all boxes run them 5:30am-6:30ish on the hour every hour.

Not really. We go for a walk with the dog in the mornings (when it's not stupidly hot for her or the dog).
Plus, having a gym mostly to yourself is kinda nice.

I reckon crossfit looks like fun. No time for me though, and doesn't do a lot for triathlon as such, especially when I don't have enough time to train for it properly. But still looks like fun. I much prefer compound type exercises.

I have been doing Crossfit for 7 months now, fully addicted to it, few injuries along the way. I enjoy the olly lifting side more. Really shows your weakness, for me it's double unders and pull ups. I go six days a week and lost 20kg in 7 months

Hit the training and strict logging of what I eat and drink on MyFitnessPal. Great result for the first week of it, 1.8kg off down from 89.8 on Sunday to 88.0 this morning. Just have to keep it off in Hong Kong this week.

    Start 89.8
    Current 88.0

    My logbook looks like this:

    3/1 99kgs
    4/1 98kgs
    7/1 97kgs
    10/1 96kgs
Somewhere here, got digital scales that read close to a kilo higher than the old ones :\
    17/1 95.9
    22/1 95.4
    23/1 95.1
    24/1 94.9

(On my old analogue scales I read 94kg flat this morning. So I reckon I'm 5kgs down in 3 weeks).

It's definitely still coming off, if I make a concerted effort I might be able to get close to 90kgs by Vic Champs. Still eating main meals that are a bit too big some nights.

Need to put more effort into the exercise. Just finished 1st week c25k, found it pretty easy, hopefully as it gets harder might lead to better results.

Been eating less too, but time to look at what I actually eat.

It's spose to be easy or you end up like me in the past, giving up because running is too hard.

    7.01.14 - 87.6kg
    14.01.14 - 85.5kg
    21.01.14 - 86.1kg
    28.01.14 85.6kg

So after another long weekend of gluttony, I'm still down 0.5kg from last week. Will need to throw some exercise in this week if 80kg is going to achieve. Still happy with 2kg loss since 7 Jan 2013.

Set myself a target for the first round of pennant (16/2/14) which I am only 2.9kg away from. Swore off alcohol until 12/2, so 6 weeks, which obviously makes a difference.

The Official Tale Of The Tape - 7/1/2014.

Guts - 61cm - a measure from one hipbone to the other, showing how much spare tyre I have. I suspect this is the most important measure of them all, so I hope this reduces over time
    Chest - 113cm

    Actual weight = roughly 106kg

    Week 2 - Guts 60cm, Chest 110cm, Weight 105kg

    Week 3 = Guts 59cm, Chest 108cm, Weight 104kg.

    Week 4 = Guts 58cm, Chest 109cm, Weight 103kg.

A kilo and a cm a week will do me fine.

That must be a hell of a lot of booze to make 13kg difference!

I drank every day. Not a huge amount, but enough.

Doing the 4 to 5 hours exercise a day, and being ultra strict on my food intake helps a bit too.
