So one week past and I'm claiming 2 wickets as I'm down to 85.5kg this morning. This is with a few fat bastard sessions, a game of golf and a single bike ride. If I get to 80kg quickly then I might aim for 75kg, but going to take small steps.
This calorie counting thing has been pretty easily.
I bought digital scales which arrived yesterday.
Unfortunately made it look like I'm going backwards, looks like my old analogue scales were about 1kg too light! Still claiming the 3kg loss though, all the measurements were done on the same scales....
As of this morning, 96.4kgs according to the new ones, so the readings from now on will be easier to read and hopefully more accurate....
113 down to 111 - by doing nothing other than the Xmas /New Year / Holidays gorge feast finally being over

just finished another pre season football training, feeling great, ended the night with 200 sit ups and 100 push ups...going to be sore tomorrow!

Birthday coming up this weekend but I don't think I'll be bingeing on anything.
I haven't really worked out any sort of consistent exercise plan, however the fact that I'm on my feet walking all day at work helps a little. Will look to incorporate cycling into the afternoon routine next week where practical.
Can't weigh in this week, away from home.
Was 106.1 at last weigh in. A loss of 2.8kgs

Hey Fatso! Am I talking to you? I left this thread open for my Mrs to read (Dr CT) whose PHD was related to obesity in the media. She asked me a question how many rounds do these guys play in a month? I said most would play once a week some more! She replied then how could they have body issues if they are active? A 85kg 6ft 40+ yo looks like a Kampuchean on a hunger strike! Yes we know the health risks associated with being overweight. Don’t let some Dr or dietician tell us the” average aussie” that we are fat. A 6ft 90 odd kilo is the modern norm there is plenty of evidence to support this. Just walk each round and dont eat pies at the turn!
Yes, sometimes my lyrics are sexist
But you lovely bitches and hoes should know I'm trying to correct this.
anyone who asked for that meal plan can u email me again if i never sent it, paints09@bigpond.com phone went nuts and lost the plan. have it again.
also stay away from watermelon, has 5x more sugar then any other fruit. "food" for thought lol
or perhaps just have it in moderation;

Is being able to walk a round of golf an indication of being fit and healthy? I wouldn't have thought so.
