I know, I’ve been keto for nearly 12 months and it’s probably the last thing I need to reduce but I won’t.

Fair enough, it was getting to the point where I was consuming around 2-3 bottles a weekend, then going cold turkey for the rest of the week, combine that with blood thinners and you have a cocktail of disaster.

Havent had Iced coffee in 2 weeks, back at gym hard.
    Last check 88kg. Lost 7kg.

Iced coffee also really bad for sugar levels.

I stopped drinking because painkillers and red wine didn’t mix to well , off the tablets now but didn’t really get back to drinking , couple of reds now and I fall asleep. Have to get back on the man shakes

I'm likely to be my highest ever weight and still going, considering that I have another couple of weeks in Europe with plenty of beer and no gym.

After suffering a bulging disc in my back before Xmas last year I’ve ballooned to 96kg.
    Heaviest I’ve been ever....
I’m not feeling that good about myself these days, especially since I couldn’t play for so long etc....

    I hear ya.
I also saw 96kg on the scales for the first time this morning. I'm still carrying the pelvis injury seventeen months on, plus I now have a rooted right shoulder, so it is almost impossible to find exercise to do despite having a gym membership. So I just eat and drink to deal with it instead.

I don't drink, haven't done for 5 years so that helps.

Good stuff, Dazza! I'm sure you are already seeing some benefits from the lost weight.

Absolutely Andy. Even at work, basic tasks knocked me up. Now it's a walk in the park!

Not to the amount of Dazza...

5kg down in the last month, 103->98

Committed to 30 minutes a day of running. In the past I had laid out a whole structured program, this time I decided just to run. Through running I am less likely to eat rubbish too!

Currently at 25 days straight of running for at least 30 minutes

I'm back to around 81-82kg now. But I'm doing 4-5 gym sessions a week plus basketball on Monday nights, I'm the strongest and fittest I've been since my early 20's.
