    Funny, coming from you!

I'm 22kg over my 2nd year of uni weight. For racing I'd like to split current and then down the middle, but 7 to 8 need to go.

Weighed in again this morning after a hot day of golf yesterday.

    Only dropped .1 to 107.6.

Went for a walk, took my morning piss and weighed in again.. 106.9. Another Wicket!! I think that's 5 wickets so far.

Tomorrow's weigh in will decide if I had overstepped the mark.

    Marto.

Ps. Weighed in today in the underderps. May have remnants.

Daily weighins are risky, as it is very hard not to go out a fraction purely from the amount of water in the body.

For curiosity sake I weighed myself before golf. Drank 3.5 litres of water on course and weighed in again. Lost 600g. That's a hell of a lot of sweat.

I drank 3.5 litres today too whilst walking and I still don't think it was enough.

You sweat to cool the body. The bigger (fatter) you are the more you sweat (more surface area). We sweat much more once temperatures rise to 30 C or more. During exercise/strenuous activity you will sweat 1 to 3 litres an hour depending on conditions.

Well I'm fairly certain cravings are kicking in already. A few days earlier than expected. Although I'm not sure whether it's just cos I'm sick of drinking water after the last few days.
But I'd love some ice-cream and a coke zero right about now ha.
Still, am getting into the swing of things (mostly) but there's obviously some 'mental' connections to things - hot day = ice cream. Need to work in breaking those a bit.

I dropped 3kg playing on a 40 degree day. Weigh yourself once a week. Same time and same clothes.

You don't wear clothes to weigh yourself! About the same time each week, preferably morning, after an evacuation but before eating anything.
