First wicket taken just before lunch on the second day. (99.8kg, down from 101.0.)

So I rewarded myself with a coke and a Chicken Schnitzel and Avocado roll.

Actually, it is a diet coke and the 'roll' is rice rolled in seaweed from the Jap takeaway.

Marto, thanks for kicking off the challenge. I plan to edit my original post each week, to keep track of my progress.

101.8kg. Goal (long term) is sub 85kg. I don't think I'd ever really get to sub 80kg again - maybe once I finish uni and get some proper sleep I guess.
I'm in the beginnings of doing a 'Whole30' (http://whole30.com/). It is basically an 'elimination diet' with the focus on eating real food. With me, lack of preparation leads to bad choices, and that has just settled in.
The weights workouts have been good, the cardio terrible and the diet was just horrible.
So looking to get back into the weights and improve the cardio and diet...
You won't see another number from me until the end of the month, so hopefully I can knock over a few wickets in the tail.

I'm in but won't start until after Australia Day with visitors, trips away and a new butcher. Anyone near Camira must go to Adams Continental Deli, absolutely unreal.
And the mayor announced from Thursday on should not be shat into the creek anymore, because on Saturday beer is brewed.

I can grab a couple of quick wickets if I use a weight from last night. Is that allowed?

The other night the scales had an 8 as the first number. That has not happened for a fair while. I must get under 75, I should be under 74, I could get under 73 in the middle of running season.
