    Merry Christmas. Possibly.

Lunch will be at an AirBNB rental in the sticks. I'm not allowed to bring seafood this year, because they want a 'Christmas in July' style Christmas (wtf?). 'Kris Kringle' instead of giving lots of small token presents.

I hope Santa brings me a De Lorean, so I can get it up to 88mph. (If it doesn't take me back to 1976, at least I will be over 400 miles away by lunchtime.)

On the plus side, I bought myself another 4 wood present yesterday, no-one will want a lift home in the ute and my 'Kris Kringle' contribution will stop that happening next year. Now to select a Hawaiian shirt to wear to lunch and which family members to leave out of my will.

Not so bad after all. Let the trolling begin.

Bit of gym time tonight once the Heinekens wear off, hopefully. I've stopped at 5, so I should be back under the limit by the time the sun sets.

Only golf related gear under the tree for me was a pair of Footjoy socks.

No quickness here brotha, I think of something not very nice while I'm on the job. The wife isn't very happy with me constantly saying out aloud "dead puppies dead puppies dead puppies" but she likes that better than me calling a mulligan. I hope her course is in good nick otherwise I'll piss off & play a neighbouring course.

You're wife isn't happy because she thinks you are saying 'Davepuppies, Davepuppies',

Up until now, I've hated secret-santa/Kris-Kringle arrangements.
Yesterday, I was asked if I wanted a voucher for a game, which would probably be Mac Grange or similar crap (and quiely giggled at the irony of 'secret').

Then I had the brainwave ... 'Leuk the Duck' mercandise.

Thank you, Jarrod. I can look forward to Xmas Day again.

Makes me laugh when some idiot sells Luek the Duck stuff secondhand. Defeats the purpose of the whole exercise.
