Would love to join you guys but just might be cutting it fine with the recovery + lack of funds due to no shift penalties while off work.

Hope this doesn't cause any ripples but I'd prefer to play Saturday.
Gotta go to the footy on Sunday.
Go Cowboys.

Was hoping G69 would chime in on this thread but I did read he was going in for a back op.
If Richard has some sort of pull in getting us on at Pacific Harbour that would be good otherwise I'm still looking for suggestions on whether we want to go resort or public.I would'nt mind playing Northlakes again, maybe Lakelands.
Just thought it would be good to get Mike onto a better than average track since he is making the long trek south.
Whats everyone think.?

Just another option, but we can always play Brookwater for $75 on weekends as member's guests.

i know Richard. Just wanted to let Mike know that he can get on for better than the "rack rate" if he wanted to play. You might not like Brookwater, but it is clearly the best course in SEQ.

Dion, I never said I didn't like Brooky mate, the course is scary but awesome at the same time I just don't have the game to play there.
It is the most challenging track I have ever played but I would like to have another crack at it when my game is on

I think its difficulty is overstated. It's certainly visually intimidating, but I find North Lakes and Robina Woods more difficult to shoot a decent score on. The second hole at Brooky is the only one I dread as I stand on the tee.
However, North Lakes isonly hard because the design is so shit house, where Brookwater is actually a good golf course.

Can't wait to play Robina then Moe. Didn't realise it was so tough.
