A shame he bogeyed the easy par 5 17th today. 66 was good but 65 would have seen him beat the course record.

The fireman is hanging tough. If he can take advantage of the last 2 par 5's, he'll be sitting pretty.

Hendy hit a nice tee ball on the 2nd playoff hole. Hoping he can get the job done...........so I can go to bed!

The fireman may not get a better chance. Just missed a 4-5 footer for the title

That was an amazing train wreck.

1st playoff hole, hooks it into the crowd, almost kills a toddler.

2nd playoff hole, sticks it and misses a 4 footer.

3rd, tee shot into a bunker, blade into the grandstands, chip across and off the green and almost into the water.

And that train wreck is why I cashed out my first ever bet yesterday.

Got it wrong again, should be Hendy making a cheque, 300k E, not a bad train wreck

He got a good cheque, but damn it was a choke from hell.

Could have won in regulation with a bird on 17 or 18. Hit bunkers off the tee with fairway woods. Bad shots on the final 5 holes, including 4 poor shots on the final playoff hole.

It would have been nice to see him do it, but he just seems to do this too often.

Seeing as I've not been wrong before, this can't be again.

    I thought the same thing.

They seemed to have zero concern that their child almost died. It was so close!

The Fireman has made a quick trip to the US to chase a PGA Tour card at the Web.com finals. Was running hot early in the first round, but stumbled home to be in at T37.
