After I initially promised myself to get on it for at least 10 minutes a day, I haven't had a putt on it for a week. It certainly isn't a fast green, but it probably isn't that far off my home course greens.

There are a few things that I am not happy with though.
    1. The sunken cups that allow any ball near the edge of the hole to drop in.
    2. One putt from cup to cup has the ball moving in three different directions over the course of the roll. It's not realistic.
    3. There are a few grooves in the green that upset the line.

Maybe I need to attack it with a roller, like Titty did.

He is due for his revisit, so I will call soon. I don't think the 3 way putt is fixable though.

It prob just needs a good roll and some tapping down where it deviates a bit.
Simple fix, takes a while for it to really bed down....

Is it possible to get these artificial greens rolling with a green speed of at least 10+?

It's the valleys that will be harder to fix.

I have assumed that, which is why I haven't done anything yet.

The sunken cups would annoy the hell out of me!

Did you go with Southwest Greens? A Jack Nicklaus endorsed product range.

I think there are a few links in this thread to Supreme Greens, including the header post.

I didn't take any action on my complaints, and due to my new job and busy life in general, I rarely use it.

The sand is getting a bit thin in spots too.
