Overcast weather is a shocker for sunburn particularly in Melbourne (speaking from experience) I learnt to put sun screen on even when it was raining

Good point, I often look up the UV Level and on the overcast days it can be just as bad as the bright sunny days. I wonder why the TV weather reports don't give the UV forecast? I was reading that somewhere in South China illegal ozone depleting chemicals are still being used that were banned worldwide since 2010, the China emissions are at such a huge scale that there's been no reduction in ozone depleting emissions since the ban in 2010.

I bought a couple of long sleeve Adidas and a Sports Leisure from Golfbox. First day trial yesterday, but I picked a bad day to wear one. Barely a breathe of wind for the first time in months and 90+% humidity!. The fabric is certainly light enough and it breathes well, but you definitely need a breeze to keep you cool in them. At this stage I have only been able find LS Polos in plain colours.

It was stupid hit in short sleeves too. Do you reckon the long sleeves make it much worse?

No, not really, not with the Adidas one I tried. I have been wearing Iceray sleeves and it was very similar.

    Default Sun Care

Sleeves are far better in the hot than long sleeve shirts

The Phil Michelson business shirt should be perfect then.

I have seen some wear the style, but they look too restrictive to me. You would have to wear them loose and then they would hang on you like a bag.

I like the idea of a loose long sleeve light weight polo, I prefer cotton to performance fabrics which don't always breathe well. I think the Phil Michelson shirts look good but maybe wouldn't match with shorts? One of the best fabrics for breathing is fine merino wool.

Might be a good time to stock up. Looks like they are going bankrupt.https://www.smh.com.au/business/companies/sportswear-manufacturer-skins-applies-for-bankruptcy-in-swiss-court-20190121-p50smt.html

    Real shame.

“The brand is expected to continue under new owners.”
