The Aldi Sensitive (with Zinc Oxide) is not always available (it seems to sell out quickly when they stock it). I found a clone the other day at KMart that has the identical formula for $6 a tube;

My wife recently had a Melanoma removed from her arm. On a recent check up with her Plastic Surgeon, I asked here to ask him about Sun Screens. He said all Sun Screens are good, but Zinc Oxide ones are the best. And SPF 30+ is as good as SPF 50+ (there is only a marginal difference).
Any recommendations on Sun Sleeves brands?
I bought some cheapies off the Bay and they are OK for the price (3 pr for $9 delivered). A fraction short for me, and the stitching is minimalist, so I don't expect any great life out of them. But they served the purpose of convincing me that I can wear them regularly.
I've tried many & keep coming back to the Nike Solar Sleeves. Pricey, but the fit & longevity make it worth the price IMO.
I wish they would make the upper arm strap wider for flabby arms user like me... the small strap can be like wrapping rubber bands around my arm
I got a great hat by Outdoor Research. You can find them on Ebay.
might be time to revisit this with summer coming around quickly
any other input into best sleeves to wear?
i try to wear long sleeve polos as much as i can, adidas ones seem best fit for the larger man, but the range is limited, so sleeves are a good addition to the bag.
on sunscreen, tried the aldi version, really didnt like it all that much. any other recommendations out there to try?
i was using the hamilton sensitive version until i read all the stuff on zinc oxide etc

Does anyone know of any sources for lightweight breathable long sleeve Polos?
I’ve tried many different sunscreens over the years and have settled on Banana Boat Sport in the spray bottle.
It’s a thinner mix to work with the spray bottle, and isn’t as greasy as many others. The spray bottles are no longer stocked in my local Coles or Woolies, but I just found them in Chemist Warehouse.
+1 on the banana boat
I used to use the invisible zinc that stopped ANY sun getting on your skin, it is by far the best you can get and is not cheap but it was very messy and never fully came out of your clothes or your golf grips.
the best thing you can do is cover up with arm sleeves, pants and a wide brimmed hat. That way you only need a bit of sunscreen. Since I have been doing this I have noticed a significant colour change in my skin
The Banana Boat Sport could be a good one i'll look out for it.
I'd avoid using any aerosol can sunscreen if you can still buy it, they aren't safe.

Plenty of hoo hah about, specifically bb aerosol.
Thicker the better if you ask me
Yea investigated a bit. Seems it is more that it is difficult to apply properly and easy to do a crap and useless job, rather than the aerosol sunscreen itself. The fact that you need to rub it in anyway kinda makes them pointless.

Always go the full banana
I've got the Le Tan coconut spray similar to the banana boat one above in my bag. The only problem with it is reminding myself to wear it. Especially because I'm not a hat person either. Already copped a few sunburns in the past month or so.
Yeah that was the problem, people thought they were protected but many got sunburnt while using it. I think a baby ended up in hospital with serious sunburn. I used to use it sometimes but you wondered if you were just rubbing in the evaporative liquid which suspends the sunscreen or if the actual sunscreen was still floating in the bottom of the can somewhere. Incredibly greasy and oily like I'd been coated in tyre shine.
Some info about the aerosol sunscreens,

19 and overcast in Melbourne today yet here I am looking like a lobster. Will I learn? Probably not.
