5.4 above my handicap on 22 December but only 3.3 above where I was on 31 January when I assume they reset anchors.
I’m about to drop 4 flags in a row and 5 in my next 6 rounds.
Choppity chop chop chop.
Raised the bat for the first time in history in my last game at Wynnum in late September 2019. Two games back in the past two weeks, raised the bat on both occasions, and anchored immediately.

I am getting very close.
I will have a daily of 13 next week. And am absolutely nowhere near it.

I don't have a single round in my last 20 where the Raw Score Differential is lower than my Daily Handicap. In other words, I haven't played to my handicap once. With a played to 5 dropping off, I've moved from 9.4 to 10.2 (from 5.8 twenty rounds ago), and have a double figure handicap for the first time in at least nine years, probably longer. Another flag to drop off with the next round too.
You have to beat your handicap by lots to win B grade. I'm better off in A grade where I can win a comp by shooting 36 points (like I did at Portland in Feb).
A played to 12 last week, then 14 today, when I had a daily handicap of 7, has me out to 10.8 now. I'm up to removing the 2016 rounds from my last 20 now. There are two of those left, and they are both flags. Surely, the slide will stop soon.
11.2 even though I was off 6.1 16 rounds ago in Jan 2018. I am 0.2 away from the soft cap zone.
Wow!! I’m 0.2 from hitting my soft cap.
Wait, what the **** is a "soft cap"?
A couple of weeks ago, I would have strongly disagreed with you, because Portland was a fluke and no other recent round was like that. However, the ball striking has now improved, so good scores should be just around the corner. I don't like being off 11, although the daily handicap has still been single figures every time, but that is the current reality. Who knows when the next Vic Champs will be though.
And just like that.... danger averted.
74 (39pts)
After getting down to 3.8 last summer, I am now off 7.7 and I can't shoot 30 points. Learning to play in glasses has been far harder than I expected.
This hasn't been a good golf summer so far.

Is that because you can now see trees and bunkers and other scary shit?
P.s. poorly designed glasses can distort contours. I discovered one pair i had, tilted the green break to the opposite side on 10-20 ft putts only (weird but true). If it wasnt for Brisvegas making some comment that my green reading must be off i would never have known.
Other factors like polarised lenses and grey tints are also bad for golfers.
