    That's discriminatory.

Make it NTP on a 180m par 3.

    Now there's a thought!

Still got to hit the fairway though. Usually a slight problem for me.

The main prize is $850 worth. The other two $330 each from memory. Very generousfrom the supplier. I would love to win any of them.

Re this prize. I'll explain it best I can without writing an essay.
The clubfitting centres in the states and Canada are massive. We don't really have anything like them in Australia.
Pure Performance Golf Labs ( http://pureperformancegolflabs.com/ ) is opening the first outlet in Oz, in Alexandria, Sydney. The location will be open at the start of December. Fitout about to start.
It's all about the clubfitting using the latest technology, including putter fittings.
The big thing with them, I was told, is that they will have every shaft and driver head available for fitting on the market and every computerised stat about them. All will be interchangable.
Steve Menzies is heavily involved in starting the business in Australia. Paul Jenner of Purified Golf ( http://www.purifiedgolf.com/aboutus.php ) will be heading up operations and is the main man for clubfitting and has been learning the stuff in the states.

One of the prizes offered is a clubfitting for a driver, which is very detailed. I won't go into it as most of it was too technical for me.
So the winner will have the fitting and get the perfect head and shaft combo made up for them. The cost of the shaft, head, and fitting is around the $850 mark. Cracking prize.

The other two prizes (valued at $329 each) is a full clubfitting for a set using all the technology there. You have to take your clubs in, which will be tested. Apparently the whole thing takes a while and is an experience in itself, especially when trying a myriad of heads and shaft combos. I'm not brand conscious and would find this very interesting. So the person will come away with the knowledge of what is optimum for them. What they do with that knowledge is up to them.

Imagine needing to drain a 4ft, downhill left to right putt for the win the champs now.....

What would have been a relatively simple putt is now gona be quite the sphincter clencher with those prizes up for grabs!!

Matty, nothing else to say but superb, simply superb work.......

(Now off to the range I go, might need to get some practise in for this now!!)

Great idea, happy to throw in for a few cases of beer to ensure he goes on with the job!!
Re the prize, outstanding work mate, fantastic!
I know Paul Jenner quite well, if this takes off shouldn't be hard to keep in the loop for future champs.

I heard you are mates with him. He's good bloke. Can't fault his work.

He alluded to what you said but I didn't want to mention it. A year is a long time, but I don't see why the champs won't be bigger and better next year.

Matty, I'm sure if this takes off and he gains more business he'd be happy to help out.
Really nice guy and knows his stuff.
One of only a handful of guys in Sydney with a putter bending machine as well, which is handy.

Might have found myself a rather interesting candidate for a Lajosi refurb should I have it all together in the putting comp...

Ferret I'd be interested in an old staff bag for the corner of my shed for excess shafts/clubs storage
Shoot me a pic or 2 but I'd be very keen on one.

Before this goes to Vinnies does anyone want a classic retro Mizuno spray jacket. Made from sail material in XL VGC and free to a good home.

Got another prize. $100 in Drummond vouchers for the winner. (Penrith store only). For those who win it and would never get out to the bad lands I'm sure KJ could help with an order and postage. Thanks for offering mate
