20th hole at Nudgee today in the Saturday comp, playing 133m. Played a soft hand 7 iron that landed short of the flag and found it's way to the bottom of the cup.

The day before I was still doing the gut wrenching task of clearing out my parents belongings. Mum had passed away last year and that had really bummed me out. What to keep and what to toss out is a real dilemma.
In this process I came across mum and dads hole in one trophies. Made myself a coffee and went outside to a sunny spot and sat with the trophies and got a bit emotional.
To get an ace the next day was super special and made me feel like mum was with me for my round.
