    I'm also interested.

I remember mentioning this event once when talking to Courty.

I'm planning on playing; subject to my Uni schedule that is...

I'm also prepared to put someone up at my place if they are trying to keep costs down... I live only about a 500m walk (or so) from Cairns GC

    Checklist:
Day off work booked - check
    Flight times decided - check
    Missus permission - check
    Kids sorted - fail

Oops the missus has already decided to nick off to Melbourne for prospecting handbags and shoe opportunities same weekend. Who is gunna keep an eye on the ratbags?

My dearest will be 18 then though, I suppose I got to let go sometime. I think I won't tell her We are going that way she can't conspire anything and she probably won't notice anyway.

Outcast I will take you up on your offer ! Though if we have a decent number come up, it would probably be better and more fun if we can stay somewhere as a group. Personally I wouldn't mind dossing in a tent, the weather will be fantastic and we can do the three S's at the golf club.

    No worries MTB & BITs,

I can put one up or two if you don't mind sharing a double bed?? It gets tougher after that.

If enough of you come up in a group you might like to investigate a holiday park called Coconut Palms that is literally just down the road from the Golf Club. I have no interest in this facility financial or other, just thought you might appreciate the information.

    Information & Rates available here:

I'll be playing, barring unforseen circumstances.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

Plenty of time Muldude, it's not until August. Plenty of time to wrack up some brownie points... or money whichever might be the issue
