    Default The Bubba Thread

I like him, he's down to earth and goofy, not like a lot of the monotonous robots on he PGA tour

i had to unfollow him ben crane badds and a few othes on twitter due to disagreeing with them on several issues pertaining to social equality. Still love bubba the golfer but we have parted ways in the world of social media.

Stephanie Wei claims he is a different guy when the camera is not rolling or in the public eye. Not that "friendly, goofy" man he portrays himself as.

I laugh when Bubba cry's. I got nothing against anyone showing some emotion but he cry's like a 6 year old who's imaginary friend has died.

He also reminds me of Ishmal from the all time classic 'King Pin'.

How is what he does any different from what you just did?

I can see how my post would be mildly offensive MTB, I felt i was on topic which is the entire reason i let bubba and his twitter feed struggle on without me.

You make a good point though edited my post

I like Bubba. Like watching him play. Too many boring players on tour, at least he's different. Loved the spray he gave Elkington a few years back. Didn't know he was a God botherer, don't really care.

Probably, but I cant think of anyone I don't like. Nevertheless I wouldnt publicly crap on a brother anyway, even if they are Catholic.

I think Bubba might have to harden up a bit. But Colin sounds like the sour wank who couldn't win a major.

Maybe so, but Bubba is still a bell end.

He is what he is and doesn't feel the need to pretend to be anything different. Whereas loads of people know what they are but hide certain parts of themselves from the public eye. I've got no problem with a guy getting all emotional, he apparently used to be a lot angrier on course but has mellowed in the last few years so that's got to be a good thing. Maybe the Amazonian wife helped him chill out.

He has talked often about the reasons why he has 'mellowed', one of them was the death of his father, and about the same time suspecting his wife had cancer. She also cannot have kids and he will likely outlive her. These things combined have made him realise that there is much more important things in life than golf.

    (my words not his)
