Handicap vs Lowest Played To

I currently have the strange situation where my current handicap (8.4) is the same as my lowest flagged round of 8. I understand that it is because my flagged rounds are all within a small range (a spread of 2) but this does seem a bit harsh. Especially since it is mathematically possible to have a handicap that you have never played to. I credit my consistency, I suppose.
FWIW my best round in the last 4 years is playing to 6, and best ever is 4. Yep, I win plenty of comps.

I'm interested in seeing what sort of flagged round spread other OZgolfers have and if you have had the same situation or similar with your handicap.

Spread for played to is between 14 and 17.

Best played to is 14 which drops off next weekend!

13-17, was 12-16 until a recent spate of crap play. Best played to is 11, lowest handicrap (anchor) is 13.0.
