    Default Great news - new job!!!

    Hi all,

    I'm very excited and wanted to share some good news with you!

    I have just been appointed as Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Royal Sydney Golf Club.

    I am looking forward to being in a golf club environment, and apparently I will even get "use of the facilities", although I am yet to determine what that will actually mean in terms of access to the course.

    Still, I will be pushing my case to get out and have a hit there, just so that I can say that I have!!!

    Thanks all - it's just so exciting to think of working in that environment!

    And as G69 said, the rumour is that the Opens are there next year (I think they don't actually announce that till after this year's is played....)

    I am sure that I will have some access to the course, so I will post and tell you what it is like.
