Ah I was just going through the spikeless golf shoes thread as my adidas I bought as my first pair are looking worse for wear... Im going in to look at the cally del mar's .. I think its probably worth taking into account what type of course you play on mostly but.. wet / dry etc..

Yea my Nike's are a nice shoe but they are giving me a couple of blister/lumps on my toes. Since its come to winter I was thinking waterproof shoes so I'm not saturated at the end of day. Ill check that thread out too

    FJ Contours.
Lace-ups are very good. Boa are better.

Generally for the Australian market, 'whole' number sized Contours are regular and 'half' numbers are wide.

That's interesting Dotty, my contours (boa) are size 8 wide rather 8.5.....regardless, they are a great winter shoe, super comfy.

My local proshop had some puma's (can't remember the model) for $100 so I got them. Quite impressed with the water proofing as I played in them a few weeks again at Concord in the pouring rain and they held up fine.

Everyone's feet are different. I found foot joy dry joys comfy and wear well but in a medium fit they stretched and became loose.
Nike tw's. Narrow in the toe box which killed the comfort
Some puma sl something or others. Super light and comfy but narrow.
Current shoe of choice. Adidas tour 360. I have worn out a black pair bought some "sport" ones for dry summer days bought a new set of white atv and ordered a pair of black Atv last night from vic park for $140

Forgot to say that the best wet weather shoe is the Adidas adipures I also have. These are the top end your shoe. Awesome expensive
    Cheers

Spot on, have these and they are very soft leather and are super comfy and no wearing of the inside behind the heel like my ATVs as its all leather.

My wife bought me the Nike lunar flywires for x mas that just past and they are the best golf shoe I have ever owned for any condition, never had any blisters or troubles since the first round I wore them.

I've had Nike tours, tw's and lunars all with no issues. IMO Nike shoes are the ducks, as long as ur willing to spend the money on the decent ones.

Get on Golfbox - Adidas ATV 360's for $99 bucks. You wont get better value. Light, waterproof and can wear straight out of the box - no blisters. Awesome shoe.

Interesting to read. My last couple of pairs of Tour 360 have worn out behind the heel (but so comfy). I recently bought some adipures pretty cheap from either RBG or 3balls. I'll be watching how they wear.

Yep 360's are notorious for the heels to rip up.
You're in big trouble though, pal. I eat pieces of shit like you for breakfast!

My first pair of Tour 360's did but the current ATV's have not had the same problem at all.

Ecco's Biom GTX are by far the best golf shoes I have ever worn.
Comfy, light and great water proofing with the YAK leather.
