Default And the nominees are.... VIC Champs fashionista

I promise this is the last thread you'll see about the 2013 VIC Champs, but it may be the most important one. For the all important merit bar, lets see who OZgolf thinks was the best dressed of the fashion champs.

I'm dedicating a post per nominee with all outfits worn, except Friday. Nominees can vote in the PUBLIC poll, but can not vote for themselves. You will have until 11:30AM, Friday 8th March to cast your vote.

In no particular order, here they are...

Ahh thanks Lefty... I didn't actually realise you could click on the number of votes and see the names (durr). Sounds like some gremlins going on with the forum software.

So 12-4 Grumpy over LeftyHoges at this stage.... wow. Talk about dark horses, who saw that coming before the champs??

Hard to beat someone who gets bonus votes for being old!

Fairly certain Courty is on 4 as well.

    Depends.

It could be the Labor party version of the voting software.

That version hasn't been written yet. They've commissioned 2 white papers, a green paper, and sent it off to a committee, spent about $10 million dollars of taxpayers money developing some detailed programmatic specificity, and have scheduled it to start production in in the FY 2019-2020.

    Yes.

I wouldn't have voted for Kate Fischer, if I knew that Elle Macpherson was an option. (re. Night garden scene from Sirens.)

My three day outfit of matching shirt, glove and cap (except for Sunday where I was proudly #confederatetilidie) impressed someone

My vote was intentionally awarded to a short wearer. It was a choice between two and I went with the bloke who did enough to look decent and still be man enough to wear shorts.

from the pictures that lefty posted, Grumpy is clearly the grumpiest looking bloke on the planet. He looks even more pissed off with life than he did at the WA champs.

But he still gets my vote, and guy over the age of 30 that is willing to try and pull off canary yellow gets points for effort.

I may be able to fully reset the poll, as it is a bit of a mess in its current state. I'll work on it later tonight.

    Include Haystacks also.

If Solarman is a chance to win every NAGA by default, then Haystacks must have a chance at the Fashionista.

    He's a shoo-in, not just a chance.

Lots of tasteless outfits there so I didn't vote.

They made me hit the "opening shot" of the champs there. I wanted to take iron as the hole is only a short 310 and tightish off the tee. They all booed me until I hit driver. (Yes, I give into peer pressure VERY easily).

I hit some scummy shots over the course of the weekend but that would have to have been the worst. It was low, flat, hooking and barely got above nipple height (mine, not Jarro's) before running into a pot on the right hand side about 180 from the tee. Even Kev out drove me by a good 40 metres.

    Embarrassing.

P.S Still made easy par from the pot though, 9 iron to 15 feet.
