    Default Nullarbor Cup II

Take a good look at this WAnkers. It is about as close as any of you are going to get.

I propose a rule change for Nullarbor Cup II.

Instead of playing of your current handicap, everyone plays off their ANCHOR.

That way, everyone is playing off the best handicap they had in the last 12 months.

It stops the last minute handbrakes to get more shots.

Marto, good idea. Or we can just play off the stick in handicap order.

That's definitely not the worst idea I've heard.

The old handicap system was based on your "potential" while the current one is on "form".
Playing on your anchor would be a bit like playing under the old handicapping system.

The anchor handicap should be used in all OZgolf champs.

Big statement .. but worth a heated discussion.

It would benefit the guys playing to the best of their ability.

Another idea is that everyone could play off their ANCHOR + 4. That way we could all sandbag!

The Easties are sounding worried. Trying to manipulate the rules to suit themselves. Classic entry level tactics.

    Only on the Weekend.

I always like off the stick and with Fromy, pencil and JC all a chance this year we have planet of firepower Up top. Depends on our captain though.

Fook me, why don't we all just use 'Nutcap if we're all going to ignore the proper handicapping system.....you Yeasties must collectively be crapping yourselves to resort to this rubbish.

Nuts on 13 he would have to get out to 23 before he could be considered sandbagging.

Before I take the WAnkers advice to "crap myself", can someone remind me what the final score was for the 2012 Nullabor Cup please?

This is a great idea and better yet, to even the field, we should all be able to take whatever PEDs Jack's on too.

    Default Nullabor Cup II

I like it. It will make little to no difference overall. It takes away any possible sandbagging that is looked upon in similar terms that the afl looks at Melbourne fc and their non-tanking.

I think on current form, Mario will struggle to make the team..... a poor showing down south has a few questioning his ability when it matters. I am happy to play water boy, for has-beens.... but this is getting beyond a joke.

It allows the captains the ability to pick his team more on current form as well.

popper81, I've not met you, but I have read a lot of the dribble you post on this fine website. Not sure you are Eastie material to be honest.

If you do make the trip west this year, you can caddie for me on the Friday. Part of your learning experience. You will learn many things, and certainly witness some Wankers getting a bit of a touch up, but not in the way that Yoss or Rubin would normaly do it.

Pull your head in ... it's not played in Victoria. It's in PERTH.

We might let you know where the trials are for this team at some stage mate ... but innagrual winning captains go straight in.

I cant believe they havent put up a statue at Bunbury of our winning side.

Marto, good idea. Suggest that any members of last years winning team are automatic selections for this year, with any vacancies in the team subject to pre-qualifying.
