I did muck up my Senate form (it's about a metre long) and voted for the Liberal Democrats instead of what I wanted. I had a look at their website and they are keen on liberatarianism including letting poofs walk down the aisle. The demise of the world as we know it is my fault.

Ditto. In fact I was surprised that my spot on the compass was so damn close to one of then though there might've been a bit of subconscious bias that way in the answers I gave.

Suffice to say I think all of them are pretty useless but the ones in power now are more useless than the alternative.

It is interesting but to me it largely confirms what people have often thought; inner city Sydney and Melbourne tends to be far more progressive on social issues and far more keen for new spending on things like universities and the arts (and less on things like defence). Rural areas (particularly north Queensland) tends to be more conservative on social issues.

OK, time for some real world numbers. My current prediction is for the LNP to win by 15 to 25 seats. If Krudd manages to f*** up the last week as well, it will be closer to 30 to 35 seats.
