All mine are anti clockwise.
All mine are anti clockwise.
I guess if you were a piece of grass looking up it would look like it's spinning clockwise.

If you'd been smoking grass then it probably spins both ways simultaneously.
Any mower shop that stocks them.
Or join a lawn mower contractors forum and buy a JDM tour issue one from your new mates.
What are the pros/cons between a Honda mower and a Masport.
Equivalent size etc.
Price difference is significant
Honda is heavy and Masport is shite.
I got this supaswift (http://www.mightymowers.com.au/supas...kmc-p-406.html), came recommended from Spanner. The dealer also recommended it over the base model Honda (about $600) which supposedly a US model and can't cut as low as the Australian models.
I've only used it a fee times and so far I've been happy with it.
My mate has Masport which I've used and it goes really well but I would rate the supaswift over it.
Cheers guys.
Only problem is im looking for a 19" or bigger, and an alloy deck, not steel
Yeh me too.. Always a pain to load and finally fell apart on me not so long ago..Saw the Victa tornado in Bunnings and liked the idea of just a piece of line and easy to fit.
Seems well made with a decent head and a str8 shaft. And i think its the one you can buy attachments such as an edger and even a blower as well.. ??
Can find another thread might as well post in here.
I'm thinking of getting a petrol leaf blower. Any recommendations or advice???

I got one from Aldi. $80 and it's been faultless. Admittedly that's probably only useful to you if they have them in stock currently.
Cinderella story, out of nowhere, former greenskeeper, now about to become a Masters champion..... It looks like a mirac.. It's in the hole! It's in the hole!
Don't buy electric or battery powered. Anything petrol and Japanese made. Since some of the euro brands moved their manufacturing operations to China, I've been told the quality has dropped. No experience of such, just advice I got. I have an Echo 2 stroke as well and it's been faultless.
Failing that - since you are not using it on a daily basis, just buy what ever has the best replacement warranty.
Mowed lawns for a living for 10 yrs found stihl to be the best , if you don't use it much then fuel is more an issue than quality of machine . Don't use a metal fuel can and only have enough fuel on hand for the next cut .
