Getting stuck as a 2 ball behind a 4 ball yesty consisting of 4, 70+ year olds in the comp. they seriously have NFI, never heard of 'playing through'! They had a solid half an hour start on us and we still caught them after 2 holes!!!

Open a can of pet food - the smell will distract them; they'll think it's dinner time and start playing faster.

We did! The group in front had cleared the green but they said that they were slowing the play which was rubbish....I wasn't about to get into an argument with them, I didn't want to be responsible for having to perform CPR on them if the debate got too heated.PS. I am not anti the elderly playing in the comp but this shouldBe managed better somehow by the club.

    Default Things that are disappoint.

Trusting the car dealer I bought the car from to service it appropriately.

Have been servicing with them since new two years ago every 7500kms. When I bought it I mentioned about the engine clatter on the first service. They checked it and said it was normal. Asked at the 15k service too. Had the 60K service in December and all normal.

Met a guy who has the same car as me last week and chatted about the upgrades etc. He had a listen and said it was similar in issue to his. His was fixed under warranty at his dealer. Took my car there for the 67.5K service last week and they diagnosed it as warranty. There was also a recall that was done during the service.

It is unfortunate that my dealer has lost my business. At some point I will email the salesman I bought the car from about the issue.
