Just had to spark up Because Of The Times.

KOL have a way of firing me up. Not quite to the level of RATM, but they certainly get me going.

Been giving Queen's Greatest Hits (I, II & III) a run lately. Freddie may have been as camp as a row of tents, but he was a genius.

I have had the album since it's release. That said, it doesn't get a lot of play.

Not that there's anything wrong with that. He could've chosen to play for the other team if he wanted too.

Apart from all that, indeed, the man was a musical genius and a dentists nightmare rolled into one

I've actually got a soft spot for Tonic - have the first two albums and I listen to them occasionally. My favourite Tonic song would be Sunflower.

Don't like anything else you've posted in this thread though.

Tourfit, I only recently grabbed the Band of Horses discography. IMO the quality of their music has declined with each album. Start with their debut, Everything All the Time.

I just grabbed Grinderman: Grinderman 2.

Agreed. If you like Nick Cave, which I do.

Bit more "accessible" as well though, but so many people go into Cave records wanting to hate them.

Agreed. It is more like a fusion of Grinderman 1 and a Bad Seeds album.

Rock album of the year? Quite possibly.

I mentioned this some time ago. Possibly the worst alternative release of 2010
