Happy to report 2 x hosel fades at Kooindah this afternoon. Both par 3’s a 7 iron on the 2nd followed by a 6 iron on the 4th.

I think my playing partner may need to confess a little indiscretion for a chip shot on the 2nd also.

I have no idea what you are talking about!

Is there a thread for having a 16 four times in a round?

There was at least 4 shanks on Sunday from a fellow playing partner. Pity he's not an Ozgolfer.

U should have gone with the chipper instead

No way, that things got a hosel that sticks out a mile just begging for a touch up from a ball.
I need to be flushing it to game the chipper

Full throttle right-angled hosel rocket trying to hook an 8 iron around some trees for my second on the dog leg 9th at Murray Bridge today. The ball ended up inside the boundary but in a waste collection area. Third shot was blind, over a pile of refuse and a stand of trees. Got a good launch on it but then inadvertently drove over my ball (middle of the fairway ~ 10m from the green), with my cart just as I was asking Hatchman if he'd seen where my ball had landed!

Shanked a 3 iron at Murray Bridge today. Luckily it just went right, running along the ground. Did give me a good angle into the green through.

shanked a 3H from a light rough during the weekend that went maybe 70* and fortunately missed my playing partner..... apparently the club head went under the grass and clipped the toe.... a hero shot that went no where....

lucky it was a abmbrosee and my partner saved par for that hole.

After making it all the way to Dec for my first in 2017, I had my first
    of 2018 last week.

Last swing thought was “you’re trying to play a draw but have setup for a cut. You’ll be ok.”

    Zing.

I'm assuming it bounced off a tree, onto a frog, which then deviated it back towards the green, pulling up 6 inches short of the bunker, from where you still holed the chip for an easy birdie.

Hang your heads in shame for everyone that hasn't reported into confessional since the last post in May 2018.

9th hole of the day (18th Hole) tried to put some extra tour jizz on a flop shout over a bunker and Bob Hanked it straight into the Bunker.

I have one every round. Quite literally. This thread would be another 69 pages longer if I reported in every Sunday.

8 iron slipped out of my hands just before contact...
Ball shot straight past my left leg in a reverse shank, ending up 60m away under a tree.

    Never done that before...

I can report that yesterday I had my first non-shank round since returning to the game. It seems the key is to be still drunk from the night before.

Yeah me too, although I’m not quite every round, but every 2nd I reckon.
