You would have to back up the bus quite a distance to get enough speed up

Yoss, it has been brought to my attention that there are apparently a lot of non-hetrosexual players on the LPGA Tour (not that there's anything wrong with that).
Hypothetically, if these ladies all misplaced their night time weapons of male pleasure substitution and had to rely on the golf Tour Van for replacements, what would be the approximate percentage split if only the following were available for their personal enjoyment instead:
Golf Pride Multi Compound
Gripmaster stitchback
Winn softies.
Thanks, Jack.

Yoss, have you been asked a real question yet. How about this one, have you heard of the term 'legal fiction' in your studies of the law, and if yes what do know about it?

I have wiki does better than I can.

An example is a corporation as a person.

Someone close to me is getting deeply involved in several forms of nuttery. I know it has some legitimacy but how much is beyond my comprehension and am skeptical, stuff like council rates, traffic fines, are not legal, mortgages are invalid because the lender has sold the, and the conspiracy that the govt has formed a corporation for every citizens name and uses that corporation to secure debt, or sell as an asset. Stuff like that, and its the latter where he brought up the issue of legal fiction.
Have you ever heard anything along those lines regarding legal fiction?

I think you will find your mate (or the nutters he is listening to) are cherry picking the facts that suit their argument.
An example to suit his arguments may be the reason for the QLD fuel subsidy scheme - The Fuel Subsidy Scheme was introduced after a High Court decision prevented the states and territories from collecting business franchise fees on fuel, tobacco and alcohol.
What happens then is the Federal government amends legislation. In this case they collect the fuel tax and distribute it to the States, kinda like the GST.
Local government powers derive from the local government acts of the relevant states. So if your mate wants to challenge in the high court, while he may be successful, the laws will then most likely be changed to suit.

Libby comes into work occasionally. Do you want me to ask her opinion?

No, you seem to like banning things on the basis of no evidence, therefore you must be a believer in the nanny state.

Oh I see.
Did I actually say it should be banned or are you just typing words in my mouth?

I don't think I did, I just think there is something in sms argument against them.
