    Default Flip N Go

    Hi All,

I am not a Flip N Go rep, I just got one today, like to say for those who are after a really small push cart, this is probably the smallest you going to find, compared to a clicgear 3.0, a BigMax IQ, this is probably the smallest.

I wasted quite a few days comparing foldable buggies to replace my smoothy Storm, so Im writing this post to save people some times.

Clicgear and Big Max IQ is definitely the better built buggy out of the 3, with thicker metal frame through out, flip n go is a big flimsy compare to the two.

But if you are size conscious like me this is the size from small to big: Flip n Go < Big Max IQ < ClicGear.

If you want save boot space Clicgear is no smaller than a smoothy, it's shorter but the width and hight makes up for it.

please keep in mind I am not bagging Clicgear, went in to GCO gunning for a clicgear, but saw the flip n go side by side and decided to go with the flip n go.

Hope this can save people some time

Thumbs up for the Flip n Go from me as well, good compact alternative to the Clicgear or Smoothy.

do you have couple of screws at the front? with markings left and right one it? 2 front wheels does make it a big harder to adjust.

dunno, need to RTFM. I have extended the gap between the front, most likely something there.

Very happy with my flip n go.
Runs very straight, folds up small, and cheap as well

A Clicgear folds up much smaller than a Smoothy. Couldn't fit my Smoothy flat in the back of my Golf, can easily fit clubs and Clicgear in the back. In reality a Clicgear is about the size of a carton of beer - not that big really...

Flip n Go is smaller again, but a clicy is definitely smaller than a smoothy

+1. I went from a Smoothy to a Clicgear for precisely that reason. Haven't seen these Flip N Go's in the flesh, though.

I went into GCO at the Gabba earlier in the week to have a look and I happened to hear a bloke ask for best price on the
F n G buggy and the salesperson said he could knock $10 off if the guy bought it on the spot. I thought mmm that's ok I may
come back and get me one once I get paid. So I went in yesty and after 15 mins saleswanker stop practising his golf swing
in the mirror and asks if he can help and I ask what the best $$ was on the F n G and he says that is mate everywhere else is
$279. I said thanks and walked. I asked the pro shop at Pacific to find out what they could do 1 for and if they get within $20
of 199 I'll get it off them GCO is shit and won't see any more of my $$$.
    I'm back.

The guy sounds like a*hole, the listed price on their website is 199$, I reckon without getting them to throw in a box of Q-Star you can get it down to 179$, or you can get a box of balls and ball 199$

Gee all the write ups say they are OK.
Bit concerned though when some of you say they may be a little flimsy.
Our courses aren't the best so I'm wondering how they will hold up.
Also is teh 4 whell thing better than the 3 wheel or no difference really.
I was impressed with the water bottle fitting in the card holder !!
Hey, let's pop some Viagras and issue tickets with raging, mega-huge boners.

The flimsy reference is really only in comparison with a ClicGear I think Bob. The ClicGear looks like is built like a tank with that thick Aluminium tube frame. I have had a Flip N Go now for a few months and feels as solid as any of the buggies out there. It has a double cantilever frame design and folds up very compactly. I find the 4 wheels no different to the 3 wheelers to push or steer. The front wheels are adjustable for width, so you can fitter larger bags in need.

Yeah sorry for the misleading comments, Clicgear had a frame that was probably the same diameter as a tennis ball, with that comes size and weight, where as Flip n Go is about same build quality as a Smoothy, which we all know it's pretty good, I think more than enough for a golf cart.

Depends, don't know that the buggy would survive some of the places Bobs clubs go ...

    But oh so true.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

I thought it did, but apparently not. They must have thrown mine in for free, or there was a special deal on at the time. I would ask for it as an free extra.
