    Although close to the original, the musicianship on this Toto cover needs a shout out ..

    I saw Weird Al in concert at The Epcot Centre and he was really good. The US cheerleaders national titles was there at the same time which was a bonus.

    The Original was released the year I was born;

    Big Bryan Ferry/Roxy Music fan, but had no idea that was a cover! His Jealous Guy is fabulous, as is his Sympathy for the Devil. And an excellent cover of Neil Young's "Like A Hurricane", from an 80's RM tour.

    I have this concert on DVD, and prior of VHS.

    Another classic that I was not aware until recently was a cover;

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unchained_Melody

    Elvis's version;

    And the original from the movie, Unchained;

    This is not my normal genre, probably the only song I've listened to of this nature, but for me, this really works.

    Give it until at least the 1:30 mark before you shut it off.

    On another note, I used the insert video button and copied the YouTube URL into it, but it doesn't appear to have posted properly. What have I done wrong?

    One of the pieces of music I would wake up to my parents playing on a Saturday morning, amount with the rock horror soundtrack, hot August night, get your ya's ya's out, and others.
    Always grabbed me, this piece, and still listen to it regularly.

    It would have to be in the below format, rather than the short link that you used.

    So, it previously didn't work for me either JC. I just edited mine and got it working.
    So when I first posted I did it from my tablet, though had the site set to desktop mode, and from the youtube vid I clicked the share button and copied the address. When I pasted it into the video tags it didn't work, was just a link.
    I just edited my post (but from Rob's desktop) and instead of clicking the youtube share button, I copied the vid address from my chrome browser address bar, pasted that in , and it worked. The vid address is slightly different from the browser, it has the words watch video, or something or other. But different from using the youtube app share button.

    Tapatalk is its own thing and wouldn't be reliant on the forum software at all and would recognise those links. Keep in mind that our forum software is probably older than short links, so it wouldn't recognise it. You just have to grab the youtube link from the address bar.

    I did have a look at your clip and found it to be a very confused genre of music.

    So....like I said in my post then? It also provides the example format when you press the insert video button.

    The Taylor Swift song is a put off at first, till you realise they are taking the piss out of it.

    The music and vocals, and the Metal/Punk/Pop mix reminds me of Amity Affliction;

    I've actually seen her twice in concert (the things you do for your daughter when it's not easy for your wife to attend instead). The shows were exceptional.
