I have pre-paid my fuel for the next 2 years at $1.50 less GST. I get the difference back each quarter. So far I am over $2000 in front. It is part of the Salary Sacrifice for the Car.

I have found that the cheapest sydney price of petrol is to be found on Tuesday afternoons.

Prices drop from Tuesday morning to the afternoon , then in the evening goes up in price again.

I believe it may be called price fixing? Ummm, no thats not it. Collusion? Nope thats not it either. I must mean market forces . . . . . unfortunately ICAC seems unable to do anything about it .
