Not at all.
But when I do challenge a NCR claim I win the fight. Sadly I have to do it far too often these days.
Our new generation of reps are poorly educated and trained, they are mobile order takers now. They have no negotiation/selling skills with their customers.
20+ years for the same company I've seen a lot of changes. The quality/ability of our sales reps or the fancy new wanky term (Account Managers) has plummeted.
