Good point though. Something that has always had me flummoxed is the population's obsession with celebrity gossip. I don't really give a toss that Angelina Jolie was seen shopping without makeup.
What was Angelina shopping doing in a golf mag?

Good try guys but it wasn't me. I got out of my car and rendered assistance. I think her knee would be seriously damaged though. For the record, I always wear shoes when driving and in those car wash places.

On holiday in Bali and seeing a gardener at the hotel take several hours to cut a small piece of lawn with hand shears. Get the man a whipper snipper and he could have it done in 15 mins

This is normal. In a third world country the whipper snipper costs the same as here but a mans labour is much less circa $100 per month maybe.

That I just realised that all three Movie rental stores in my are have all closed, so I actualy dont even know now where I could rent something if I wanted to.
I know lots of people download these days but reality is the majority wouldnt have a clue how to, and I did think that Blu_Ray would have revitalised the stores, at least for one to remain open.

I realized how my local vid store stays in business when I discovered the movies I rented last week were all burnt copies, rather than originals.

the only money I have spend in a video store in the last five years has been on popcorn.
one near has just closed down and been replaced by a vending machine that dishes out movies

I know what I can do! the majority don't.

and I cant watch Blu-Ray via the apple tv, which is why I went to the video store. I know the local business economy is bad, just didn't think it was that bad. The major movie rental store could not have found a better location than next door to Mcdonals, Hungry Jacks, KFC, Subway and Red Rooster and probably 15km drive to the next one (if they are stil open)

They rent movies out of vending machines now, one located outside 1 of the shopping centers in my area.

By the way, have you thrown some of those nice TV add ons on to your AppleTV?
