Red saw? Gold saw? Should use wedges to cut wood.... But I'm sure you've done shafts on trees before anyway.
    I'm back.

Queanbeyan river has 2 drivers and 2 wedges in it that I know of ! Not going in there looking for them either .... got a nice 58degree cally at the PErth International last year - after the spaniard broke it over his knee and sent it into the bushes ... nice wedge !

It was a regular hand saw, maybe a shade bigger than average. Probably an ill-fit for the job truth be good. Could well explain things!

I was using my right. Maybe that WAS the problem.

If it doesn't plug in I'm not sure if it counts any more. Although I must admit, I think half my 8 saws are hand saws, but I'd only use them if the power was out, and going to be out for a long while.

Lefty, you said have just wacked a wedge head onto the end of it and gone out for a round. Would have been cleanly in half with none of the damage to Mrs Palmer.

    Thank God for that.
