    59 points!!!!! Wow - that is the highest score I've ever heard. Even when playing with women off 45 handicaps. I had 48 points once - when I was off 38 - and got beaten on the day by 6 and I thought that was painful enough. 59 Points

    All Commodore engines come from the States. V8's are Chevvy and the V6 are Buicks.

    Spot on with the V8's they are the same motors used in the Chevy Corvette's however holden hasnt used Buick motors for a while now. The current VE commodore engines (SIDI 3.6L) are manufacutured at Holdens Engine Plant at Port Melbourne and all Holden V6 motors have been produced at Port Melbourne since 2003.

    It annoys me when people put chevy badges on their commodores especially when they are V6's so have no american connection at all
